A response video to some objections regarding my "extreme" belief that the welfare state in America was caused by allowing women to vote. Not only is this relationship undisputed, Feminists are proud of it.

There are exceptions to this rule such as Germany, which instituted welfare programs in the 1800s prior to female suffrage in order to dissuade Germans from immigrating to America for higher pay.

I chose only to cite academic sources for this video, but if you just google it, you'll find scores of books, blogs, and other non-academic sources confirming that women's suffrage was crucial to the creation of the welfare state in the United States of America.
